GARDS poster
presentation at Palliatave Care Victoria Conference
GARDS was privledged to be invited as a poster presenter at the Palliative Care
conference which was held at Monash University Churchill campus on the 18th
& 19th of November 2004. There were approximately 200 people who attended the
conference over the 2 days it was held. Representatives from Palliative care
units all over Victoria attended.
GARDS made a lot of new friends and they received information on the GARDS organisation,
asbestos and its toll on families in our community. It was a very busy 2 days
and we thank all those who attended the conference for their support of GARDS
and our efforts to educate the community on asbestos.
