National Centre for Asbestos Related Disease NCARD – Public Lecture
Join The National Centre for Asbestos Related Diseases (NCARD) at this engaging seminar featuring asbestos-related diseases experts, including community health communication experts, clinicians, and researchers. You will hear about culturally appropriate health communication for First Nations communities, advances in mesothelioma treatment and clinical trials, and NCARD’s research achievements and partnerships. Our speakers include Dr Yarlalu Thomas from Lyfe Languages, Dr Melvin Chin from Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and NCARD, and Professor Jenette Creaney from NCARD. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about cutting-edge research, ask questions, and network with researchers and individuals impacted by asbestos-related diseases.
